This is an agreement between you and Flex-Module regarding educational services, related services and features. This is NOT a service for engaging in criminal activities. You agree not to violate any laws of any jurisdiction in which you are located.
You agree to protect your user ID/password and our system from unauthorized use. You are responsible for all actions that occur on our servers where your user ID/password is used to log in.
You agree not to use the system for spamming, port scanning, scanning of open proxy servers or relay servers, sending subscription email, unwanted email or any type or version of email sent in large quantities, even if the email is ultimately sent from another server. You agree not to launch pop-ups from our service. You agree not to attack, form or form any other computer or network while using our service.
The application will strive to be available at all times except for limited periods of maintenance and repair. However, the service may be unavailable for a variety of factors beyond our control, including emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission problems or limitations, equipment or network interference, signal strength, and may be interrupted, refused, limited or curtailed. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, delayed or misdirected data, messages or pages due to service or communication service or network performance issues (such as T-1 lines or the Internet). We may impose limitations on use or service, suspend service or block certain types of usage at our sole discretion to protect users or the service. The actual network speed depends on configuration, compression, network overload and other factors. The accuracy and timeliness of received data is not guaranteed; delays or omissions are possible.
We do not record any user actions (visited sites, DNS searches, emails, etc.). We only record attempts to access our servers (for security and troubleshooting purposes). We do not interfere with any forms of censorship. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties. We do not cooperate with any requests for information unless we have received a court order from a competent jurisdiction, and the vast majority of such requests will not come from a competent jurisdiction court. We will protect you to the maximum, and our system is set up to do so automatically. There are hundreds of compelling reasons for anonymity, and we fully respect them.
Hacking, virus distribution, fraudulent activity, network sabotage, phishing and/or any actions that are considered illegal or unwanted are subject to suspension or termination. Users are responsible for properly securing their services and are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or the discovery of intentional or unintentional vulnerabilities.
Flex-Module reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate service to users caught in dishonest use of its services.
